Before you apply

This is a real production house, not a shortcut. Forget the posts promising a big salary the day you land. That is not real for anyone starting out in a new market, and it is not what we do.

We offer the real thing: fair, market-standard pay for your craft and your level, and a studio that backs you so you can focus only on your work.

In return, you prove your craft and earn your place. People who come to build real skill and a real career do well here. People chasing quick money do not.

Step 1 of 4

Your details

Tell us who you are and which role you are here for.

Pick the range you have in mind. Being straight about this early saves us both time.

Under AED 4,000 a month
AED 4,000 to 6,000 a month
AED 6,000 to 8,000 a month
AED 8,000 a month or more

People who have worked with you and can speak to your work and your character. We may contact them.

Start with your very first job and work forward. Add one line on why you moved on each time. Leave blank if this is your first job.

Step 2 of 4 · Your kit and your work

What you actually use

Two things here: the tools you work with, and the real story behind the work in your portfolio.

Which of these do you own yourself?
Which software do you actually work in?
Your 2 best pieces of work

Be precise about what you did. Being the assistant on a big campaign is a good, honest answer — we hire people for that all the time. Claiming more than you did is the one thing that ends an application.

Step 3 of 4 · Aptitude

A quick thinking test

10 short questions. Nothing technical, nothing you need to revise for.

  • One question on screen at a time, 25 seconds each.
  • You cannot go back, and the timer moves you on automatically.
  • Everyone gets a different set of questions, in a different order.
  • Answer as yourself. We can tell when a test was taken with help, and it is the fastest way to end an application.

Get comfortable first — once you start, it runs straight through.

Step 4 of 4 · Culture

How you work
