Before you apply

This is a real production house, not a shortcut. Forget the posts promising a big salary the day you land. That is not real for anyone starting out in a new market, and it is not what we do.

We offer the real thing: fair, market-standard pay for your craft and your level, and a studio that backs you so you can focus only on your work.

In return, you prove your craft and earn your place. People who come to build real skill and a real career do well here. People chasing quick money do not.
